1 black cardamom,
1 bay leaf,
4 tbsp coriander seeds,
2 tbsp cumin seeds,
1 tbsp black pepper corn,
¾ tbsp fennel seeds,
15 red dry chilies,
1 tsp turmeric powder,
2 inch cinnamon,
6 cloves,
1 tbsp dry mango powder


– Heat the pan on a moderate flame.
– Add coriander seeds, black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon sticks, black pepper corns, cumin seeds, bay leaf, fennel seeds.
– Dry roast them till it changes color.
– Allow the spices to cool down completely.
– Grind it into a fine powder also add, turmeric powder, raw mango powder and red chilli powder.
– Pav Bhaji Masala is ready.
