Ingredients

2 cups idlis, sliced
Oil for deep-frying
2 tbsp. Chilli sauce
1 tbsp. Light soy sauce
1 tbsp. Vegetable oil
½ cup spring onion, chopped; separated
1 tbsp. Ginger-garlic, crushed
2-3 dried red chillies, halved
½ cup assorted bell peppers
2 tbsp. Sesame seeds
Salt as required

Method

– Fry the idlis in oil until crisp and golden brown.
– In a wok, heat oil and add dried red chillies to it. Stir-fry for 15-20 minutes on a high flame.
– Add ginger-garlic paste, onions, assorted bell peppers and stir-fry again.
– Then add the fried idlis and give it a quick toss.
– In a bowl, mix chilli sauce with soy sauce and splash it in the wok.
– Now add salt as per taste and sesame seeds.
– Add in spring greens and turn the flame off. Stir-fried Idli is ready to eat! HAPPY COOKING!!!
