– 350 gms Cauliflower (gobi)
– 1/2 cup Plain Flower
– Water
– 2 tbsp Cornflour
– 2 tbsp Rice Flour
– Salt
– 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
– 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
– 1/8 tsp Red Chilli Powder
– Oil (for frying)

– 1 & 1/2 tbsp Oil
– 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
– 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
– 4 Green Chillies (slit)
– 2 tbsp Curd
– 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
– Salt
– 2 sprigs Curry Leaves
– 2-3 tbsp Water
