Ingredients

ginger garlic
water
oil

Method

Roughly cut the ginger. In a blender add chopped ginger, garlic and water. Grind it into fine smooth paste. Give it a nice mix. In a pan add some oil and heat it. Add the paste into the pan and give it an even mix and keep on low flame. Keep stirring constantly.
