Ingredients

½ kg tomatoes roughly diced,
½ cup cashew nuts soaked,
2 tbsp ghee,
1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste,
1 tbsp degi mirchi powder,
½ cup cream,
½ kg panner,
1 tbsp kasuri methi powder,
Salt to taste

Method

– Boil the tomatoes and the remove the skin and blitz with the cashew nuts.
– Heat ghee and sauté the ginger and garlic paste and add the chilli powder.
– Add the tomato puree and sauté till the oil oozes.
– Add the cream, sugar and the mix well.
– Add the panner and finish it off with the kasuri methi powder.
