Homemade Chocolate Donuts | How To Make Donuts | The Bombay Chef  Varun Inamdar

Ingredients

2 cups maida,
3/4 cup milk,
1/4 cup butter,
2 tbsp sugar,
1 tsp dry yeast,
Oil for frying,
400 gms dark chocolate

Method

– Make the dough by adding plain flour, milk, butter, sugar and dry yeast.
– Knead the dough until its soft.
– Make a flat thick surface with rolling pin.
– Make small donuts shapes with the help of cutter or glass
– Keep the donuts aside for 1.5 hour and apply some oil to keep them moist
– Fry the donuts in an moderately hot oil on medium flame
– Sieve some powdered sugar over the donuts
– Double steam the chocolate and white chocolate.
– Pour one side of the donuts in chocolate and keep it aside for 1 and half hours
-Yummy Chocolate Donuts are ready!
