Ingredients

For the Chana Filling:

• 2 tsp Ghee
• 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
• 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
• 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
• 1 tsp Chopped Green Chillies
• 200 g Bengal Gram (Chana Dal, soaked)
• 1 tsp Salt
• ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
• Water (as required)
• Coriander Leaves (chopped)

For the Dough:

• 250 g Whole Wheat Flour
• 2 tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
• Salt (as per taste)
• 2–3 tsp Oil
• Water (as required)

For Rolling & Cooking:

• Whole Wheat Flour (for dusting)
• Oil (as required)
• Ghee (as required)
