Ingredients
100 gms Cottage Cheese (cubed) (18-20 grams of protein)
100 gms Peanuts (boiled) (28 grams of protein)
100 gms Mix Sprouts (steamed) (24-34 grams of protein)
10-12 Spring Onion Greens (chopped)
1 Yellow Bell Pepper (chopped)
1 Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
1 Carrot (peeled & sliced)
1 Cucumber (peeled & sliced)
1 Tomato (sliced)
3 Green Chillies (slit)
juice of ½ a Lemon
¾ tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Raw Mango Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder (roasted)
Salt (as per taste)
