Ingredients
Plain:-
1 cup cashew Salt
Herbed cheese spread:-
1 cup cashew Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Mixed Italian dried herbs
1 tsp. Garlic, chopped
Method
– In a mixer/grinder, grind together cashews and water. Transfer to a jar and keep aside to ferment for 8 hours in warm weather and 12 hours in cold.
– Now add salt and stir well.
– For the herbed cheese, add garlic cloves, crushed black pepper, mixed Italian herbs and mix well. Healthy Cheese Spread is ready to eat!
