1 cup – Barnyard Millet
1 tbsp – Split Bengal Gram
1 tbsp – Split Black Gram
1- Onion (chopped)
1- Carrot (diced)
½ cup – Fresh Green Peas (blanched)

1- Green Chilli (chopped)
A sprig of Curry Leaves
2 tsp – Coconut Milk Powder
1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
½ tsp – Asafoetida
1 tbsp – Ghee
Warm Water (as required)
