Ingredients
1 cup Plain Flour,
1 tsp Baking Powder,
Salt,
1 tbsp Milk Powder,
2 tbsp Powdered Sugar,
1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder,
1 tbsp Melted Butter,
1 & 3/4 cup Milk,
Nutella Strawberry Slices,
Feta Whipped Cream
Method
– Add flour, baking powder, pinch of salt, milk powder, powdered sugar, cinnamon powder, melted butter, milk in a bowl and whisk everything well to form a nice pouring consistency.
– Brush some oil on a frying pan and make a flat pancake out of the mixture
– Apply nutella on the thin pancake and add some sliced strawberry and feta and fold it to make a quarter
– Serve it with some whipped cream, dusted with some powdered sugar and drizzle nutella on top.
