– 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
– 1/2 tsp Salt
– 10-12 Kokum (dried)
– 3 Drumsticks (cut & peeled)
– 1 1/2 tsp Peanuts
– 4 tbsp Coconut (grated)
– 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
– 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
– 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
– 2 Dry Red Chillies
– 8-10 Curry Leaves
– 1 tsp Ginger Paste
– 1 tsp Garlic Paste
– 1 Onion (sliced)
– 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
– 3/4 tsp Sambar Masala
– Salt
– Coriander Leaves (chopped)
