Ingredients 3 medium potatoes 2 tbsp cornflour 1/4 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste 3 tbsp oil 1 tbsp crushed garlic 1 onion cut into rings 1/2 cup capsicum 2 -3 green chillies slit 1/2 tbsp soya sauce 1.5 tsp chilli sauce 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 malt vinegar Salt to taste Garnish with spring greens Method – Cut the potatoes and add some salt and corn flour to it. – Add the potatoes into heated oil and fry them until they turn golden brown – In a wok add some oil, garlic slices, green chilies, ginger, onion rings and capsicum. – Add chilli powder, dark soy sauce, sugar, malt vinegar, salt and chilli sauce. – Add the fried potatoes to the sauce and toss it. Add some spring leaves. – Chilli Potatoes are ready to be served.
