Ingredients
For Cheese Filling:
Vegan Cashew
Cream Cheese
1 Yellow Capsicum, grated
1 Red Capsicum, grated
1 tsp Italian Herbs
Black Pepper
For Tomato sauce:
1 tsp Oil
1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
2 Onions, chopped
Salt to taste
6 Tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp Raw Sugar
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
For Homemade Parmesan Cheese:
2 tbsp Cashews
2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Powder
2 tbsp Dried Basil
Salt to taste
For the Pasta:

Method
Method of preparation for Cheese Filling:
In a bowl of cream cheese add red & yellow capsicum, Italian herbs, black pepper, give it a good mix and our Cheese Filling is ready.
Method for the Tomato sauce:
Heat oil in a vessel, add garlic, let it cook for 2 minutes. Add onions, salt, tomatoes, again add salt as required, raw sugar and give it a mix. Close the lid and let it cook for 10-15 minutes. Once the tomatoes soften, switch off the gas and let it cool down. Once the tomatoes cool, grind them. After grinding, cook the sauce for around 2-3 minutes. Add oregano, red chili powder, give it a mix and our tomato sauce is ready.
Method for Homemade Parmesan Cheese:
In a mixer jar add cashews, nutritional yeast powder, dried basil, salt and blend it. Our Parmesan Cheese is ready
Method of preparation for Pasta:
Fill in the cheese filling into the pasta, place the pasta in a baking tray and spread tomato sauce on it. Top the pasta with homemade cheese. Bake the Pasta in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes. Our Vegan Cheesy Pasta is ready.
