1 tsp Black Peppercorns
1 tsp Coriander Seeds (roasted)
2 tbsp Coconut Paste
1/2 cup Carrots (grated)
1/2 cup Red Pumpkin (grated)

How To Prep Idli Batter – 3:16
Salt (as required)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

How To Steam The Carrot Pumpkin Idli – 4:19
Oil (for greasing)
5 gms Fruit Salt
