– 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
– 8-10 French Beans (chopped)
– 1 Carrot (chopped)
– 1/2 cup Green Peas
– 1 cup Pearl Millet (soaked)
– 1/2 cup Split Moong Dal (washed)
– 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
– 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
– 1 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seed Powder
– 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
– 2 Green Chillies (chopped)
– Salt
– 500 ml Water
– 1 tbsp Ghee
– Coriander Leaves (chopped)
