Ingredients

1 cup Wheat Flour
1 cup Boiled Rice
½ cup Paneer, grated
½ tsp. Red chilli powder
¼ tsp. Turmeric powder
½ tsp. Cumin seed powder
1 tsp. Dry Pickle Masala
¼ tsp. Asafoetida
¼ tsp. Dry mango powder
½ tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Oil
Water

Method

1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients properly and knead a dough, mashing the rice while doing so.
2. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
3. Flatten the dough and make the thepla and roast on a hot pan for 30-40 seconds on each side.
4. Apply ghee while roasting.
Paryushan Special Rice and Paneer Thepla ready to eat!
