Aam Panna Recipe In 3 Ways – How To Make Aam Panna – Raw Mango Juice – Summer Drink Recipe – Nupur

Ingredients

For Mango base:
2 Raw Mangoes,
3/4 tsp – Asafoetida,
1 tbsp – cumin powder,
Black salt to taste,
Water

1) For Khatta Aam Panna:
Ice cubes,
Mango base,
Water

2) For Sweet Aam Panna:
3 tbsp – Water,
2 cups – jaggery,
Ice cubes,
Water,
Mango base

3) For Minty Aam Panna:
Sweetened pulp,
Ice cubes,
Mint leaves,
Water

Method

For base pulp:
Take 2 raw mangoes and put them on the pan. Cover it with a vessel and roast it on both sides till it’s charred. Make few cuts in the Mango and keep them aside for cooling. Keep a vessel to heat on the gas and roast the asafoetida. Scrap out all the pulp from the mango nicely. In a mixer jar add the mango pulp, roasted asafoetida, cumin powder, Black salt and water. Grind them well.

1) For Khatta Aam Panna:
In a glass add some ice cubes, mango concentrate, water and mix them well. Our Khatta Aam Panna is ready.

2) For Sweet Aam Panna:
In a vessel, heat water, add jaggery and cook it till the jaggery melts. Add the syrup to the base pulp and mix it well. In a glass add ice cubes, concentrate and water. Mix them well. Our Sweet Aam Panna is ready.

3) For Minty Aam Panna:
In a mixer jar take some of the sweetened pulp, mint leaves and water. Grind them well. In a glass add some ice cubes, mint concentrate, water and give it a good mix. Our Minty Aam Panna is ready.
